Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8/28/2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide when creating an account (email, password hash) and information needed to operate your hosted bots. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which collects and stores your payment details on our behalf.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to operate and maintain the Service, process subscriptions, provide customer support, and improve our products. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Data Storage

Account credentials are stored as salted, hashed values. Bot configurations and source code are stored to provide the Service and are accessible only to you.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use a small set of necessary cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and operate the Service. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data to ad networks.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing and Discord for bot operation. These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data. We share only the minimum information needed to provide the Service to these providers.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain account and bot data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and hashed credentials, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your data from our systems. Depending on your jurisdiction (including the GDPR in the EU/EEA), you may also have rights to data portability, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
